The platform is designed to offer a simple, immediate and consistent experience across all channels: mobile app, online shop, QR code, smart card, NFC or contactless bank card. Every channel communicates with the same central engine, ensuring uniform rules, real-time updates and full continuity of experience.
A particularly valuable feature is the integration of EMV Transit mode, which allows access to the service simply by tapping a bank card on the validator: no mandatory registration, no advance purchase, no technological barriers.
Added to this is the ability to apply Best Fare logic, whereby the system automatically recognises the most favourable fare based on actual service usage.

The solution integrates natively with on-board systems and the main ITS subsystems. The validator software recognises different media and access methods with fast response times and reliability even offline. Ticketing information can be correlated with AVM, passenger counting, inspection and reporting data.
Inspection also benefits from this integrated approach: smart devices and dedicated applications enable rapid verification of different ticket types, offline operational continuity and greater overall effectiveness of verification activities.
